A technical question on Yammer receives an answer within an hour versus three days via the help desk. “Yammer lets peers share tips on tech issues so we don’t have to bug the IT department,” says Marketing Specialist Brittany Lang. “When people see the answers on Yammer, they don’t keep asking those same questions again and again.”
